About the Role
As Bartender, your creative flair, energy and passion will be central to our guests’ experience. In this part-time role, we’ll count on you to serve our customers, educate them about our spirits, and make memorable cocktails.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety.
Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends and techniques to contribute to our drink menu.
Work closely with the Head Bartender to ensure consistency in service and uphold our craft brand’s standards.
Your Skills:
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, cocktail-focused environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Passion for craft spirits and cocktails and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Who We Are: Living Spirits is a brand-new craft distillery, opening September 2025. The distillery features an expansive 7,000+ sq. ft. rustic modern bar and cocktail lounge, a stylish event space and a cozy outdoor patio.
Where We Are: Living Spirits is located in the heart of Hackettstown, NJ, within its busy main street shopping and dining district. We’re perfectly situated for a night out on the town, a few doors down from Hackettstown’s popular craft breweries. We’ll host dynamic entertainment including tasting events, live music, and themed parties, while offering guests Bring Your Own Food options from local restaurants, including a rotating assortment of food trucks on weekends.
